While it’s fun to take advantage of some of the big restaurants in the parks, you often want something quick yet tasty so you can get back to the rides and attractions. For a fast, satisfying meal that won’t take up your time, here are some of the best spots in the parks.

EPCOT is full of dining options, especially when you consider the array of international cuisines. However, if you’re looking for a place that is ideally located between Future World and the lagoon for a midday break, La Cantina de San Angel is the ideal location. Great Mexican food, huge portions, friendly staff and timely service make this one worth a visit.

One of the great things about being on vacation is the excuse to indulge in dessert more often, especially considering all the walking you’re doing! Those with a sweet tooth will love Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie at EPCOT. For lunch, there are various sandwich, salad, soup, and quiche options, but it’s the dessert and pastry options that really shine with Napoleons, éclairs, chocolate mousse, and a white and dark chocolate mousse cake among many others. Furthermore, you can substitute a bottled drink with a slushie for a great cool down.

If you’re at the Magic Kingdom, take a short walk over to Contempo Café at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. You get great food, a cool setting, and even with the walk, you can be there and back at the Magic Kingdom within an hour.

If you want to stay in the Magic Kingdom, look no further than Columbia Harbor House. With a great seafaring theme — and delicious seafood and sandwiches, including battered fish and lobster rolls — this is one definitely not to miss.

Finally, you might not expect anything with Wolfgang Puck’s name to offer quick service options, but Wolfgang Puck Grand Cafe Express at Disney Springs is one of the best quick-service restaurants in the Disney family. Great food at a great value and you won’t spend your whole afternoon waiting.
