Sesame Street Is Coming to SeaWorld Orlando

February 22, 2019 5:07 pm Published by Comments Off on Sesame Street Is Coming to SeaWorld Orlando

There’s a new way to get to Sesame Street. All you have to do is visit SeaWorld Orlando. The iconic children’s TV show is coming to life this spring or summer as part of the park’s latest updates and redevelopment. Multiple generations will love having the chance to walk through the famous neighborhood and see beloved friends and characters.

Visitors will be thrilled to have the opportunity to walk down Sesame Street, seeing well-known spots like the 123 stoop that leads up to Bert and Ernie’s and Big Bird’s home. Other favorite locations include Abby Cadabby’s garden and Mr. Hooper’s store. Most importantly, visitors will get to meet Sesame Street’s most famous residents, including Elmo, Cookie Monster, and of course, Big Bird himself.

In fact, Bird Bird will be hosting story time throughout the day, plus there will be rides, interactive experiences, wet and dry play areas, and even a parade, a first for SeaWorld. All ages will find something to keep them entertained and there will be plenty of memories to take home and relive. Among the rides will be Big Bird’s Twirl ‘N’ Whirl, Cookie Drop, Abby’s Flower Tower, Super Grover’s Box Car Derby, and Slimy’s Slider.

SeaWorld no longer includes live animal shows, but the park does continue to focus on animals, emphasizing education and conservation through themed attractions. Over the past few years, they have been finding new ways to give visitors the chance to learn more about the creatures of the sea, while also including more rides, events and themed attractions, such as Sesame Street.

If you’re planning a trip to SeaWorld Orlando this year, you’ll definitely want to see this latest attraction in which 123 Sesame Street comes to life, all included in general admission. A great way to visit SeaWorld and the other Central Florida attractions is to stay in one of the vacation villas at Fantasy World. They even offer special SeaWorld packages. Fantasy World has its own fun and games, including a water park, as well as spacious accommodations with everything you need for a home away from home, and it’s all located within easy reach of SeaWorld and the other theme parks. Be sure to make it part of your perfect vacation.
